From ringing phone to ready-to-use handoff.
The system does not stop at answering. It turns the conversation into the next useful action before anyone opens another dashboard.
I chipped a tooth. Mornings are better.
I’ll flag it urgent and send the front desk a summary.
It answers on the third ring.
A dental practice in Durham Region was losing evening callers to voicemail. Now the phone rings three times, and if nobody picks up, an agent does — taking the reason for the visit, the days that work, the callback number.
By morning the front desk has a summary with the personal details already stripped out. Nobody at the practice learned a new system.
We found the bug in the paperwork.
A calibration lab asked us to stop the copy-paste between a spreadsheet and a Word template. One engine now covers five instrument types.
Building it turned up two defects the manual process had been shipping for years: ten padded blank rows, and resistance prefixes silently dropped — making the magnitude impossible to interpret safely. We checked the new engine against an issued certificate, cell for cell, all ninety-four rows.

Start with the bottleneck, not the technology. We map the work, build the smallest reliable system and stay accountable after launch.
Enterprise habits, without the enterprise layers.
Rishi Vyas built and led technology inside Scotiabank, CIBC, HSBC, Barclays and TD — places where a rounding error is a regulatory event and every credential has an owner.
That habit is the whole product. Systems get drawn before they get built, credentials get scoped before they get issued, and nothing ships that we would not want to explain to an auditor. Now pointed at businesses in Durham Region instead of trading floors.
Proof before promises.
Five systems are running today. Client work stays anonymous unless the client has published the relationship.
The things people ask first.

What is an AI phone receptionist?
An AI agent that answers your business phone when nobody can — after a set number of rings, or outside opening hours. It holds a real conversation, captures why the caller rang and when they are free, and emails your team a summary with personal details removed. It is configured per business rather than rebuilt.
Do you review the security of AI systems?
Yes. We review AI and agent systems for prompt injection, data leakage, PII handling, abuse and cost limits, and credential scope. This is an AI-specific security review — we do not offer penetration testing or red teaming.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes. Project-based or flexible monthly retainers, no long-term contracts. Our own products run on the same stack we sell, so estimates come from having built the thing before.
