A multi-tenant rental platform serving four kinds of user at once — administrator, realtor, landlord and tenant — each of whom needs a different truth about the same property.
The interesting part is not the dashboard. It is rent and utility splitting, and a two-step payment confirmation where the tenant marks a payment made, the landlord confirms it, and only then is the realtor notified. That handshake is what stops the arguments.
